Seems really good. Though I'm unsure without playing it. Might be more interesting if it effected both players in some way.

Layers of Lies :Mana cost:
Enchantment
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player discards a card.
Whenever a player discards a card, each of that players opponent's may draw a card.

Isn't that card broken? Here is my version that's still super playable
