I've said this before, but I'm saying it again. I don't like cards that makes you remember choices several turns after you play it.

I think the color choice will be easier to remember than you think. It's just a nonflying Voice of All.

Yeah, but I consider Voice of All bad design.

Choose a color, and put that color counter on it, then go from there, maybe?

I don't think the memory problem is that important in this context. If it was regular Limited and this was a common it would be a bit confusing (I'm white/blue, you're white/red; we each have two in play or something), but in a Cube environment it's no different than Story Circle. And there are always colored counters.
