[UU Counter]Graveyard Hating counterspell

This could possibly cost 1U also. I want some graveyard hate in this cube. I like the idea of there bing a tension of hitting your own graveyard. I'm sure there will be games where you hold botht his and a reanimation spell and have to decide between countering there bomb and reanimating your bomb next turn. And that is good.

Wouldn't this card make more sense as ? Or is the spot too tight there?

At UU I don't like it because it's strictly worse than Counterspell, which will almost certainly be 'reprinted.' At 1U it may be too powerful because I think as worded it can exile an empty graveyard for no 'downside'. I like it better as something like:

'As an additional cost to cast cardname, exile a creature card from your graveyard.'

at a 1U cost but I dunno.
